Students of Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh, brought laurels to the institute by securing the first position in the prestigious Magic Bowl Quiz Competition, held as part of Eunoia 2026, the annual fest of the English Department at Panjab University, Chandigarh.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from several colleges and universities, making it a highly competitive and intellectually stimulating event. The winning team from PEC comprised Raaghav Arora (2nd Year, Electronics and Communication Engineering) and Naman Vasudev (2nd Year, Mathematics and Computing).
Conducted in an engaging rapid-fire format, the quiz tested participants across a diverse range of topics, including general awareness, literature, and popular culture. Competing against some of the brightest young minds from the region, the PEC team displayed exceptional knowledge, presence of mind, and remarkable teamwork throughout the contest.
