A contingent of 3 delegates represented SAASC, PEC at IIT Roorkee Cognizance Model United Nations (MUN) competition from 16th-17th March, 2024. In the UNHRC committee, Atinder Singh (representing Belgium) of Electrical 1st Year was awarded with Special Mention and Bhavik Vishal Sharma (representing Kuwait) of Electrical 1st Year was awarded with Verbal Mention!! Over the course of two days, many motions were pondered upon & diplomatic policies were discussed. It was a tremendous show in the UNHRC committee overall with the delegates showing their prowess in one of the nation's top engineering colleges.
