Success is not just about building a resume but about building a meaningful life- this was the central message at “EVOLVE Within: Values for Professional Excellence” a workshop organized today by The Centre of Management and Humanities (CMH), Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh under its Universal Human Values initiative. The event encouraged students to redefine conventional success by balancing professional ambition with ethical values, mental well-being, and purposeful living.
Keynote speakers Mr. Pranav Mahajan, founder of Sattvastack and ISKCON representative (The International Society for Krishna Consciousness), alongside Mr. Vishal Chand, Security Researcher at Zscaler, delivered insightful addresses. Drawing from Vedic philosophy, industry experience, and practical leadership the speakers highlighted how inner peace drives true leadership and long-term success. Students engaged in interactive discussions and reflective activities centred on ethics and professional conduct.
The interactive workshop began with a warm welcome by Dr. Anju Singla, Head of CMH, alongside coordinators Dr. Harpreet Kaur and Dr. Manika Ahuja, and saw enthusiastic participation from students eager to align their career goals with personal core values.
