The Career Development and Guidance Center (CDGC) at Punjab Engineering College (PEC) hosted a Pre-Placement Talk by Amdocs on 5 th October 2024, offering students valuable insights into the company's opportunities for Software Developer roles. The event featured Mr. Rajiv Gupta, a PEC alumnus and Head of the Competency Center at Amdocs, who shared his inspiring 23-year journey with the company.
Dr. Poonam Saini as Head CDGC welcomed Mr. Rajiv to PEC campus and thanked him to deliberate and ignite our prospective student’s career opportunities and challenges. During the session, the Amdocs team provided an overview of the company's global operations, work culture, and the key attributes they seek in candidates for the Software Developer profile. They discussed the technical skills and innovative mindset required to succeed at Amdocs, emphasizing the company's focus on employee growth, collaboration, and diversity.
