UDAAN- A higher Education Initiative by Career Development and Guidance Centre(CDGC), PEC, concluded today after a series of informative, motivating talks and interactions. UDAAN is organised annually as a step towards guiding students to pursue higher education with a series of expert talks and interactions with the best resource persons in the field of innovation, research and education. The sessions are planned to provide students with insights about various career options after graduation.
The second day of UDAAN started with Deepika Saluja, an alumnus of IIM-A as its first speaker. She presented her views on gender equality in global health. Her vision makes her a valuable resource for women interested in pursuing higher education and leadership roles. Next up, Ankur Bhatia an alumnus of PEC, IIM Lucknow and Harvard. He talked about the importance of higher studies and how to pursue them. Followed by, there was a moderated session by Mr. Abhinav Gupta and Ms. Namita Satija who further talked about the prospects of management studies in India and indulged in a candid conversation with students. The expert talks were followed by a question-answer session and interaction with the experts. The students found the sessions highly interactive, informative and encouraging.
