The Student Counselling Cell (SCC) of Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh conducted an event called ''Dear Zindagi'' on 7th February, 2024. For the same, SCC organised a workshop under the title ''Connection Quest'', the first workshop under the series of events of ''Dear Zindagi''. The Student Counsellor identified that a large number of students are facing relationship-related problems, be it with their parents, friends or romantic relationships. So an interactive workshop was conducted to address all these issues.
The workshop began with Mr. Naveen Kumar, the Student Counsellor telling people about relationships and human need for relationships, followed by various activities aimed at self reflection and self love.
Dr. Divya Bansal, Head SCC discussed various types of relationships and the subtle difference between Attraction & Obsession.
The workshop concluded by addressing questions asked by students during the session.
