The Medal Ceremony and Certificate Distribution for the Faculty, Staff and Students Sports Tournament, along with the Inter-Departmental Sports Tournament for students, was organized today by the Office of the Dean Students Affairs at Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh.
The ceremony was graced by Dean Students Affairs Dr. D.R. Prajapati, Associate Dean Students Affairs Dr. Sandeep Harit, Associate Dean Students Affairs Dr. Mohit Tyagi, Registrar Prof. Shobhna Dhiman and Sports Incharge Mr. Ravinder Singh. The dignitaries felicitated the winners and participants for their achievements in various sporting events.
Students were honoured for their performances in Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Tug of War, Shot Put, Hammer Throw and Discus Throw, among other events. Faculty and staff members were recognized for their performances in Cricket and Badminton competitions.
Medals and certificates were presented to the winners and participants in recognition of their dedication, sporting excellence and team spirit. The event reflected PEC's commitment to promoting sports, physical fitness and the holistic development of its students, faculty and staff.
