59 Students of Gillco International School, Mohali accompanied by PEC alum, Tarun Gupta, Director-Communications & Career Counselling and their teachers visited Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University) Chandigarh on 2nd February, 2023. The visit was coordinated by the office of the Career Development and Guidance Centre. The students visited two state-of-the-art facilities of PEC; the Siemens Centre and the semiconductor lab.
The students got an opportunity to understand the applications of emerging technologies and their far ranging effects towards improving the living standards. They were also exposed to other emerging domains that could be explored as future career options in the fields of engineering and science.
