With this vision, our department is committed to excel in teaching foundational Physics courses that are essential to the B.Tech. curriculum, alongside fostering research and innovation. We offer well-structured Ph.D. programs aimed at nurturing the next generation of scientists and engineers. One of the key objectives of our institute is to impart science-based engineering education that strengthens analytical thinking and professional competence, and the Department of Physics has consistently strived to achieve this by building a strong foundation of scientific knowledge for engineering graduates. Since its inception, the department has been dedicated to shaping and enriching young minds through a collaborative and interactive teaching, learning environment, supported by experienced faculty and time-honoured pedagogical practices.
