Abstract

Objectives

a) Development of Thin film faraday cup of different types (Normal, Interleaved and Segmented.
b) Development of SBTFT and attaching with FC to fabricate in chip form.
c) Initial testing the FC with SBTFT with an ion source.
d) Final testing of FC with SBTFT coupled to a miniature QMA at BARC.
