Under key activity 4(a) Faculty development for improved Competence on Subject Area- Qualification Up-graduation, there is a provision of funds for purchase of consumables are allowed, if faculty is registered for qualification up-graduation on full time or part-time basis with in the parent institutes.
Following norms will be followed:
- Faculty registered for Qualification Up-graduation on full time or part time with in PEC University of Technology is entitled for receiving funds for purchase of consumables required in his thesis work.
- The maximum limit will be Rs.20,000/- per academic year and Rs.5000/- per academic year for PhD and ME programmes respectively.
- The requisition raised by the faculty should be supported with justification and be dully recommended by the Supervisor.
- The bills submitted for reimbursement should be countersigned by the supervisor.
- The requisition will be raised on performa enclosed at Annexure-1
