ADVERTISEMENT FOR WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR THE POST
OF TEMPORARY FACULTY / GUEST FACULTY
I. Interview Schedule:
The Institute intends to hold a Walk-in-interview to select eligible candidates for the post of Temporary Faculty/Guest Faculty in the following departments for the semester 2025-26(1) in the Board Room as per schedule below:

Note: The reporting time for interview is from 9.00 am to 9.30 am in Senate Hall, 2nd Floor, Administrative Block. No candidates will be entertained after reporting time.
II. Qualification:
- Temporary Faculty: First class Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree with PhD completed in the relevant discipline.
- Meritorious candidates with PhD thesis submitted may be considered for Temporary faculty position.
- Candidates with Master’s Degree will be inducted as Guest Faculty, if sufficient PhD candidates are not available for a position.
III. Consolidated Salary:
- Temporary Faculty (with PhD): ₹73,500/- per month
- Temporary Faculty (PhD Thesis submitted): ₹67,500/- per month
- Guest Faculty: Maximum emoluments of ₹50,000/- per month @ ₹1500/- per lecture (1 hour), ₹750/- per tutorial/practical (1 hour)
IV. Process to Apply:
- Candidates meeting the qualification criteria mentioned above and specializations as given in Annexure-I, may appear for the interview as per schedule.
- Bring original documents with attested photocopies and 5 sets of CVs.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- Ineligible candidates will not be considered for the interview.
- Submit the summary form attached at Annexure-II at the time of document verification.
V. General Information:
- Temporary/Guest Faculty shall perform academic assignments including lectures, practicals, tutorials, paper checking, grading, examination duties, and responsibilities as assigned by the HoD.
- They shall also perform other Institute-level duties as assigned.
