Eligibility Criteria:
- Advocates having Bar Membership
- Advocates having at least 10 years experience of working as counsel in Autonomous Bodies/ Organizations/ Universities/ Deemed to be Universities/ Educational institutes.
- The Advocate must have office/full set up in the tricity i.e. Chandigarh/ Panchkula/ Mohali
