As part of co-curricular activities, students at PEC participate in various contests and conferences across the globe. Several of them received prizes for innovations, idea generation, project paper etc. The Institute intends to set up an international travel support program under the aegis of Dean, Alumni, Corporate & International Relations.
- Domestic Travel Grant will support the student to attend the conferences, workshops, competitions, exchange programs, summer school and internships.
- International Travel assistance for Students International Travel Programme for research and volunteer projects, international competitions and conferences, and other such programmes
On an annual basis, we would now like to support:
- 50+ students for domestic travel, at an average support level of about ₹ 10,000, requiring approx. ₹ 5 lakhs per year to support such travel.
- 20+ students for international travel, at an average support level of about ₹ 50,000, requiring approx. ₹ 10 lakhs per year to support such travel.
An alumnus may set up at least full travel grant for domestic travel for a lifetime of atleast five years. For international grants, institute will match 50% of the funding given by an alumnus which implies that institute will support ₹ 25,000, for each such grant being set up).
Support from alumni plays an integral role in determining the future and continued growth of the almamater.

- Schedule VII of the Companies Act 2013 lists support of education under CSR.
- An Annual Report will be provided to the Donor.
