Step 1: Personal Details

Please Read the Instructions and Admission Brochure carefully before registration.

Select Quota: Chandigarh Quota or Other than Chandigarh Quota
Select Category: Open/SC/ST/EWS
Select Whether Person with Disability : Yes/No

Step 2: Educational Qualifications & Other Details

Enter Academic Qualifications
Enter Class 10th Details
Enter Class 12th Details (Candidate who have appeared in the 12th class board examination in the year 2021,2022 or 2023 will be eligible for admission)
Enter Qualifying Bachelor's Degree
Select Entrance Examinations [Common Admission Test (CAT)/ Management Aptitude Test (MAT)/ Common Management Admission Test (CMAT)]
Enter Entrance Exam Test Score
Enter Entrance Exam Rank
File Uploads: Upload your Passport Size Photograph and Signature in .jpg or .jpeg format.

Step 3: Fee Payment

The registration fee of Rs. 500/- for SC/ST /PwD category and Rs. 1000/- for all Other categories via online mode.

Upload Payment Proof
After completing the form, please Review your form carefully and submit it

Step 4: Documents Upload

Upload 10th Marksheet (Required)
Upload 12th Marksheet (Required)
Upload Qualifying Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Upload Entrance Examination Score Card (Required)
Upload Medical Certificate (As per Annexure-C in the Brochure)
Upload Educational Qualifications and Character Certificate (As per Annexure-G in the Brochure) (Required)
Upload Certificate for Non-Declaration of Result, in case the result is awaited (As per Annexure-A in the Brochure)
Upload Gap Year Affidavit (As per Annexure-B in the Brochure)
Upload Person with Disabilities Certificate (if Applicable, As per Annexure-D in the Brochure)
Upload Caste Certificate (if Applicable, As per Annexure-E in the Brochure)
Upload Income & Asset Certificate (if belongs to Economically Weaker Section, as per Annexure-F in the Brochure)
After uploading the required documents, submit it

Step 5

Print your Application Form

Note 1: All the certificates/ affidavit claiming reservation under various categories must have been issued on or before the last date of online registration.

Note 2: The candidate must be present at the time of physical verification/ reporting.

Note 3: Candidates are required to bring All Original documents/ certificates along with one set of self-attested photocopies of all supporting documents/certificates at the time of documents verification.

Note: Unsubmitted and incomplete application form will not be considered.
