Technology Access Drive by Office of Alumni, Corporate and International Relations

The office of Alumni, Corporate and International Relations of Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University) had initiated a Technology Access Drive to help students who have been struggling to adapt to online education.

We came across many cases where families lost their beloved and livelihood. Education system has moved to online classes and such people couldn't afford a laptop. We have received 10 refurbished laptops as a gift from our Alum. Aneesh Deepak Goel, (Mech 2009), who graduated in Mechanical Engg, Batch of 2009. He has set up a donation in the honour of his father-in-law, Alum. Sh. Abinash Singh, who also graduated in Mechanical Engg, Batch of 1975. This gift has been awarded to support the education of the students dealing with special circumstances or those who are economically underprivileged & can’t afford Laptop.

We would like to express our gratitude to Alum. Aneesh Deepak Goel for bringing smiles to the students in need and for supporting our first year undergrad students during these unprecedented times.
