SME, Student Chapter, PEC

 

The SME-PEC chapter has presently 30 active men\mbers on its rolls from production, mechanical and metallurgical engineering departments. Ms. Payal Khandekar of final year production is the chairperson. the chapter is organizing its activities under the guidance od DSr. R. N. Nauhira, Prof & Head, Production Engineering Department and faculty advisor for the chapter.
During this session the chapter has organized lectures from emminent industrial experts such as Mr. Keshav Sachdev, President, DCM Engg. Works, Ropar. Apart from organizing technical quizes and workshops, the members of the chapter shall be visitign DCM Engg. Works and Maruti Udyog during March 2004. The annual day celebrations and prize distribution function shall also be held in March 2004.
