This is w.r.t. to this office letter Memo. No.PEC/DDO/SO/SKG/29603-619 dated 26.12.2011 vide which rates for procuring 100 Nos. of Executive Revolving Chairs was called for.There are minor modifications in the earlier framed specifications and the same are being annexed with this letter.  Further, the last date of submission of bids has also been extended upto 01.02.2012 at 4.00 PM and the same will be opened on 03.02.2012 at 11.00 AM.  Rest of the terms & conditions and specifications will remain the same.

CORRIGENDUM OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

 

This refers to the limited tender for ‘Purchase of Executive Chairs’ invited on December 26, 2011. Under the heading “TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF EXECUTIVE CHAIR”, the specification mentioned below in inverted commas (“ ”)

“PERMANENT CONTACT MECHANISM The permanent contact mechanism with 3 position locking must be designed with the following features:

1. 360° revolving type.
2. 15°  ± 2° back-tilt.
3. Tilt tension adjustment.
4. Back adjustment at 3 different positions with anti shock feature.”
