Proposal for Post Graduate Students Conference Grants under Key activity – 3 of TEQIP-II
Post Graduate Students Conference Grant (PCSCG) under Key Activity 3 of TEQIP-II is allowed to promote research activities among PG students as well as PhD research scholars of PEC University of Technology. Following norms will be followed:
- The PGSCG will cover expenses for attending one International or National Conference/ Seminar/ Workshop /Short Term Course organized with in India. Normally the grant will be given for presenting a paper in the Conference/Seminar. In exceptional cases, the grant will be allowed to attend the workshop or short term Course held at IIT or NIT and is relevant to the field of his thesis work.
- The grant should be restricted to Rs.10,000/- per student. This grant can be used for registration fee, travel and food expenses as per following norms, which have been adopted by the office of Dean Student Welfare.

- The student will apply on Performa at Annexure – I
- The expenditure incurred shall be reimbursed to the students after they made the expenditure on recommendation of Supervisor and Head of Deptt. and after submission of one page summary.
- The student will submit one page summary of the paper presented, and/or the benefits derived by attending the event.
