MOU with SCL Mohali

PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh and Semi-Conductor Laboratory (SCL), an autonomous body under Department of Space, Government of India have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for collaboration in the areas of Advanced Electronics and Photonic Devices including CMOS Circuits and MEMS Design. The MoU to this effect was signed by Dr. Manoj K. Arora, Director, PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh and Shri Surinder Singh, Director, SCL on 04th  August  2017 at SCL Mohali.

The aim of this academic and research cooperation is to foster collaboration, provide opportunity for sharing experience, to facilitate advancement of knowledge on the basis of reciprocity, best efforts, mutual benefits and frequent interactions in the field of electronics engineering and semiconductor technology of mutual interest.

Under this MoU, Collaboration in Teaching, Research & Development and Consultancy Activities will be enhanced at PEC. Further, it will lead to the exchange of Academic & Research Material and Publications, cooperation in Projects and Research Activities of mutual interest. Exchange of Students for pursuing Courses of Study and Academic Programmes for mutual benefit of both institutions will also be undertaken under this MoU.

This MoU shall remain in force for a period of five years from the date of its initial signing.
